We will accept returns or exchanges on online purchases within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product, for items that are undamaged. We do not accept returns on any in-person purchases (including The MN State Fair).
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for Back Copies or custom produced items, including Full Page Reprints and Photo Reprints (including framed variations). Exceptions will be considered for lost, damaged, or incorrect items.
If you receive an item that is damaged or have other questions/concerns, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 612-673-7827. We will exchange the item for you, upon return of the original item.
Refunds will be given upon Star Tribune receiving your original items back. You must make initial contact before sending in your item, and you must contact us within 30 days of shipment of the item.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, or delivery to Star Tribune unless there is damage or error on the part of Star Tribune.
