We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product, for items that are undamaged. Contact us at email@example.com or 612-673-7827 to begin the return/exchange process.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. A photo of the damaged item will be needed for us to start the order for a replacement. You may also request a refund instead of a replacement.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know. A refund or exchange will be made once we receive your return. You must make initial contact before sending in your item, and you must contact us within 30 days of shipment of the item. If we shipped you the wrong item or wrong size, please send us a picture and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return an item unless there is damage or error on the part of Star Tribune.
