Wind Chill in Duluth

January 5, 2010 – Duluth, MN – The sun rose over Lake Superior at a cold -10 F air temperature. As if bitter cold weren’t enough, moderate northwest winds this morning will create dangerous wind-chill conditions that could cause frostbite in as little as 15 minutes, according to the National Weather Service in Duluth.
