Can I edit an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on item and quantity.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, free shipping is offered with all orders that are $99 or greater, after discounts and taxes.

Where do you ship?

Shipping is only offered in the continental United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping and processing times vary by item. Most orders ship
within 10 business days. Holidays may increase processing and transit times. Approximate
timelines for items are:

  • Puzzles: up to 14 days for processing; up to 7 days for shipping
  • Custom Books: up to 14 days for processing; up to 7 days for shipping
  • Custom photo reprints: 5-10 days for processing; up to 7 days for shipping
  • Back copies: 5-10 days for processing; up to 7 days for shipping

Can I track my package?

Tracking will be made available as items shipped, and orders with multiple items may receive multiple shipments for a single order, depending on item and processing time.

Some items may be shipped separately and received at
different times. Tracking will be provided when available.

My order was damaged.

We are very sorry for the damage received. Please reach out
to shopstartribune@startribune.com or 612-673-7827 to start a return or
exchange.

Can I start a return?

We will accept returns or exchanges on online purchases within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product, for items that are undamaged.  

We do not accept returns on any in-person purchases (including at the Minnesota State Fair).

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for:

  • Back Copies
  • Clearance items
  • Custom produced items, including Full Page Reprints and Photo Reprints (including framed variations)

Exceptions will be considered for lost, damaged, or incorrect items. Please reach out to shopstartribune@startribune.com or 612-673-7827 to start a return or exchange.

How do I send back my return?

Once the return is approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to Star Tribune unless there is damage or error on the part of Star Tribune.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds will be given to the original payment method upon Star Tribune receiving your original items back (less shipping and handling costs).

You must make initial contact before sending in your item, and you must contact us within 30 days of shipment of the item.

Processing may take up to a few business days once authorized.
